Virtual? Remote? -What’s the difference?

Remote seems distant – alone and too far away.  My Virtual collaboration with you means that I will use all the resources available to communicate in a more personal way.  I am always learning something new to offer my clients.  Sure, I’ll still put pen to paper.  It helps me to write notes down in a composition book.  To pen the details locks a new skill or workspace app in my toolkit (noggin). Offering great service and communication ideas to my clients keeps us connected to optimize your time – and mine.

I’ve got some great time-optimizing resources to share with you.  Here’s one introductory Blog that may help your business team, whether the team is you and your virtual assistant or an office full of talented employees.

I’m glad you are here!

About Me

I am Danelle Pate, a startup Virtual Assistant and business owner of AdministrativeAccess LLC. Beyond the office, I love to keep up with good recipes for a dietary restricted daughter (she is grown, but I still love figuring out a new treat that works), using tools to fix something by myself at home, and keeping up with my two favorite mini aussies!

We can live our best life when we share it with others 🙂

2025 – 2026 and AI is hot, hot hot!

AI is on the table as a value-added workplace tool! Teams are back to work, both in person and sustained in virtual settings. Zoom is no longer a mystery or a necessity, but it is part of the fabric of healthy collaborative work. I’m imbedded in workplace process, file management, team communication, organizational SOPs and process development. I’ve got a place at the table for you. Let’s get to work!

2024 Insights

I’ve settled into a niche market, supporting operations for my amazing clients and digging deeper into ways I can add value, consistency, and support to team members.  I love my CEOs but know our teams make us healthy. I’m looking forward to intentionality in 2025.

2023 did not disappoint!

My clients amaze me and I am very thankful for each one.  I have had the privilege of supporting the owner and staff of a major LA senior move management company.  A professional and masterful coach, author and artist has been a huge blessing as all the projects are so uplifting to me. I’ve come to love being a support to an amazing operations manager who’s organizational skills are beyond exceptional.  I can go on!

There have been changes to my creative outlets, but I continue to sew — now most often for a brilliant store start-up offering curated, up-cycled clothing. It is a joy to support the owners.

I am closing out this year with a desire to continue being inspired by those I serve.  Come on 2024. I’m ready!

I’m Settling In – 2022!…

You deserve an update! I still live in the “It City” that now boasts of intense corporate and housing growth.  Friends from all over the nation have found our vibrant city to be welcoming for both their personal lives and commerce!

I am no longer a new VEA.  I’ve worked through my entrepreneurial red tape, filed my first taxes and gained invaluable experiences that I can offer to increase your productivity so that you can enjoy the lifestyle you imagine to more fully develop your vision for success!

I’ve made some changes – 2021!

Hi! I’m Danelle.  The “It City” is my home.  Nashville boasts as a vibrant, thriving city that is attracting businesses and new residence, alike.  That is one of the reasons that I am so excited to meet you!  Successful “It City” businesses mean my community is thriving.  It is exciting to be able to support my community in volunteer efforts like teaching in the Umoja sewing classes for Congolese refugees and community building through my church and neighborhood events. Communities thrive because of you!

High-level executive projects have marked my administrative successes for over 25 years in healthcare management, not-for-profit, and legal secretarial niches. I enjoy pursuing excellence and building skillsets that keep tasks running smoothly. I love a good challenge and claim to be a project junkie.  I am proud to have created specs that were complimented by an IT support specialist and have been called a superstar by a former legal executive director. I am a puzzle person, a seamstress, detail oriented and learn new software tools with ease.  If you have some puzzling tasks that have your vision in gridlock, give me a try.  Just fill out the Contact form and I’ll be happy to help.

Here’s something else you might love – I am a Virtual Assistant startup and a first time business owner. I took COVID to task and stepped out on a new venture – out of an inner-city, urban office district that has seen enormous growth.  So, in essence, it will help me to help you.  I am a creative with a solid administrative skillset.  Rest assured that I can check a project off of your to-do list to unlock your business potential!  Let’s get started.
